# How to Export Charges to Sage Line 200

> Export charges as a CSV file for import into Sage Line 200, including report configuration and scheduling.

## Exporting Charges to Sage Line 200

You can export charges as a CSV file ready for import into Sage Line 200 by modifying the built-in Sage Line 50 report.

  <Step title="Navigate to My Reports">
    In the top-right corner, click your **User Menu** and select **My Reports**.

  <Step title="Locate the Sage Line 50 report">
    Search for the **Sage Line 50** report and click **Show** to open it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Modify the report for Sage Line 200">
    In the General Section, change the **Name** to **"Sage Line 200 Charges"** and update the **Description** accordingly. Click **Save**.

    In the Report Fields Section, delete the following fields: **"Account Name"** and **"Charge Window Start"**. Click **Save** again.

  <Step title="Run the report">
    Run the report to generate a **CSV file**. You can then import this into **Sage Line 200**.

  <Step title="Optional: Set up as a scheduled report">
    To automate the export, configure the report as a **Scheduled Report** to run daily, monthly, or at any frequency you need.

<Warning>
  If you encounter problems during the export, ensure the fields are in the following order for Sage Line 200: **Type**, **Account Reference**, **Nominal A/C Ref**, **Reference**, **Date**, **Description**, **Net Amount**, **Tax Code**, **Tax Amount**. Verify formatting and order before exporting.
