# How to Create and Process a Pick List

> Create pick lists from sales orders, confirm pick and dispatch tasks, and complete the fulfilment process.

## Creating and Processing Pick Lists

Pick lists ensure the correct items are picked for an order and sent out accurately. This guide walks you through the full process from creation to completion.

  <Step title="Access pick lists">
    From the left-hand menu, click **Goods Out** then **Picking Lists**. You will see a list of all existing pick lists.

  <Step title="Select the pick list to process">
    Choose the pick list that matches your sales order. This opens the pick list screen showing items ready for picking. The status will be **Pick**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm the pick">
    You can confirm items in two ways:

    * **Confirm Individually**: Click the **Confirm** button for each item.
    * **Confirm All**: Use the **Confirm All Pick Tasks** button to confirm everything at once.

  <Step title="Use additional pick list options">
    Three blue buttons are available on the pick list screen:

    * **Export List**: Export the pick list once fully finished.
    * **Print Dispatch Note**: Download the dispatch note to print or save.
    * **Download Pick List**: Download a paper copy of the pick list.

  <Step title="Confirm the dispatch">
    After confirming the pick, click the **Dispatch** tab. Confirm each item individually or use **Confirm All Dispatch Tasks**.

  <Step title="Complete the pick list">
    Once both pick and dispatch are confirmed, the pick list status changes to **Completed**.

  <Step title="Verify the sales order status">
    Go back to the original sales order. The status will now show **Completed**, confirming the picking and dispatching processes are finished.
