# How to Download an Invoice

> Download invoices as PDF files for saving, sharing, or emailing to clients.

## Downloading Invoices as PDF Files

You can download any invoice as a PDF for saving or sharing with clients.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to the invoice screen">
    Navigate to the **Invoice** screen where your list of invoices is displayed. Find the invoice you wish to download.

  <Step title="Click Download PDF">
    At the top of the screen, click the **Download PDF** button to generate a PDF version of your invoice.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save or send the invoice">
    Once generated, download the PDF to your computer. You can also email the PDF directly to your client.

<Info>Invoices are downloaded one at a time. The file saves to your browser's default download location, typically the **Downloads** folder.</Info>
