Enter product information
Fill in the Code, Description, and Product Type (Single or Bill of Materials). The Long Description is optional. Click Save to continue.
Add external system references (optional)
You can add up to three external references. These are not required and will not affect the product if left blank.
Configure unit items
Complete the following: Stock Unit Type (Items, Weight, or Cube), Barcode, Weight, Value, Output Quantity, Allow Receipt of this Configuration, and Unit of Measure (cm, ft, inch, or metre). Enter Width, Height, Length, and Cube. Click Save.
Configure cases, inner, and outer
Complete the same fields as the Unit Items section for cases, inner cases, and outer cases. Click Save after each section.
Set flags
Tick the relevant boxes: New Product?, Stop? (to make unavailable), Obsolete?, and Assemble on Pick (if assembled during picking). Click Save.
Configure receipt and pick
Set the Shelf Life Min/Max, tick Require Dimensions on Receipt? if needed, provide a Default Stock Description, and set the Default Order Configuration. Click Save.
Add alternative codes
Click + New to add alternative product codes for different end users. Click Save.
Add product storage units
Click + New to add storage units. Fill in the details and click Save. To remove one, select Delete.
Set up warehouse routes
Click + New and fill in the account, customer, and warehouse codes from the dropdowns. Click Save.
Each section saves individually, so there is no need for a final save button.
