Overview

You can customise columns on most screens including stock lists, goods in/out, sales orders, picking lists, tasks, transactions, products, locations, and many more. Changes are personal to your view.

Adding columns

Open the Column Manager

On your chosen screen, click the Column icon.

View current columns

The Column Manager panel appears on the right, showing all columns currently in view.

Add a column

Click the Add a column dropdown and select the column you want. It will be added to the bottom of the list. Click OK to confirm.

Save your view

Click the Save button at the top of the screen. Name your view and save it. You can then switch between views using the dropdown menu.

Removing columns

Open the Column Manager

Click the Column icon on your screen.

Remove a column

Find the column you want to delete and click the red Delete button next to it. Confirm by clicking OK.

Reordering columns

Open the Column Manager and click and drag columns to rearrange them. The new order is applied when you close the panel.
Column changes only apply to your view. Other users will not see your changes and can customise their own views independently.
