BOM Import via SFTP

You can build Bills of Materials (BOMs) in bulk by uploading a CSV via SFTP. Each row links a child component to its parent product, so a multi-component BOM spans several rows that share the same parent.

Template: standard_product_bom_import.csv — download it, fill in your data, and upload it via SFTP.

Key fields

Field	Purpose
`parent_product_code`	The finished parent product the BOM builds
`child_product_code`	A component product that goes into the parent
`quantity`	How many of the child are required
`output_quantity`	How many of the parent the BOM produces
`assemble_on_pick`	`TRUE` to assemble the kit during picking (see Create a Kit); `FALSE` for works-order assembly
