You can assign a product to multiple accounts when it needs to be distributed across different areas of your business. You can also un-assign accounts if they are no longer needed.

Assigning accounts

Select the product

From the left-hand menu, click Products and select the product you want to assign.

Assign accounts

Scroll down to the Accounts section. Click the dropdown, choose the account you want to assign, and click Assign Account. Repeat for additional accounts.
You can assign as many accounts as needed. Each assigned account will appear in the Accounts section of the product screen.

Select the product

From the left-hand menu, click Products and select the product you want to edit.

Un-assign an account

Scroll down to the Accounts section. Next to each account, click the red Un-assign button and confirm. This only affects the selected product.

Frequently asked questions

You can assign accounts one by one from the dropdown. There is no limit to the number of accounts.
You can reassign it by following the same steps to add it back.
No, changes to the product do not affect assigned accounts unless you un-assign them manually.
No, accounts must be un-assigned one at a time.
