The Standard Product Import feature lets you add many products at once by uploading a spreadsheet. This is much faster than adding products one by one.
Template: standard_product_import_template.csv — download it, fill in your data, and upload it via SFTP.

Prepare your spreadsheet

Fill in product details in the first row of your spreadsheet. The available fields are:

Fill in the required information

The Code, Description, and Long Description fields are essential. Other fields are optional but can be helpful for tracking and scanning.

Save and upload

Save the file in CSV format. Upload it using the import function. Check the Event Logs screen to see whether your upload succeeded or failed.
It is highly recommended to include the Barcode for easy product scanning, even though it is not strictly mandatory.
