Installing Cloud Print

Cloud Print lets you print documents and labels directly from Clarus WMS to your local printers. Follow these steps to install and configure it.
1

Open Settings

From the left-hand menu, click Settings, then select Integrations to see all available integrations.
2

Add a new integration

Click the +Add Integration button. A list of available integrations will appear on the right side.
3

Select Cloud Print

Find Clarus WMS Cloud Print in the list and click +Add.
4

Name the integration

Enter a name for your new integration (e.g., “Cloud Print Setup”), then click Save.
5

Download Cloud Print

On the Edit Integration screen, choose your operating system (Windows or Mac) and download the installer.
6

Note your username and password

The Edit Integration screen displays a username and password. Keep these details handy — you will need them during installation.
7

Install Cloud Print

Open the downloaded setup file, select Run, and follow the on-screen instructions.
8

Log in to Cloud Print

After installation, sign in using the username and password provided earlier.
9

Complete the setup

Once logged in, the integration will appear on your Integrations screen, confirming that Cloud Print is successfully set up.
You will need the username and password from the Edit Integration screen to log in to Cloud Print. If you lose them, you can retrieve them by returning to the Edit Integration screen.

Multi-user environments

For servers or machines with multiple logged-in users — such as terminal servers or shared workstations — install the agent as a Windows Service rather than a desktop application. This ensures:
  • The agent runs regardless of which user is logged in
  • All users on the machine get consistent access to the same printers
  • The agent starts automatically when the machine boots
Install the Cloud Print agent using an account that already has access to every printer you’ll need. The agent discovers printers using that account’s view, so any printer it can’t see at install time won’t appear in Clarus WMS.
