Overview

To integrate DHL as a shipping carrier, you need three credentials: DHL SiteID, DHL Password, and DHL Account Number. The process differs depending on your region.

Obtaining credentials

US users

Email [email protected] with your:
  • DHL Account Number
  • Region
  • Address
Request access to the DHL XML Express API for integration.

UK and rest of world

Contact your DHL account manager and request integration with the XML Express API. The DHL presales team will provide your live credentials.

Test credentials

While waiting for your live credentials, you can use these test credentials to set up and verify the integration:
