If your pick lists are allocating entire pallets instead of the specific quantities you requested, it is usually due to a single account setting.

How to fix it

1

Go to Accounts

Navigate to the Accounts screen.
2

Select the account

Choose the specific account connected to the order you are dealing with.
3

Find the Flags section

Scroll down until you find the Flags section.
4

Check the 'Round Up' option

Look for the option called Round Up to Full Storage Units on Pick. If this flag is turned on, the system will always allocate a full pallet or storage unit during the picking process, regardless of the exact quantity on the order. Turn it off to allocate only the exact quantity needed.
