Alongside the standard CSV imports, Clarus provides two confirmation exports out of the box. They report back what actually happened in the warehouse so your upstream system can reconcile.

How they work

  • Delivered as CSV files.
  • Can be scheduled to run automatically.
  • Dropped onto your download SFTP for collection. See Using SFTP for Imports for connection details — the same SFTP setup is used to retrieve exports.
Minor tweaks — column ordering, renamed headers, filtering by warehouse — can usually be accommodated without a full bespoke build. If you need a format the standard exports don’t cover, see Bespoke Exports.
If you would rather receive updates in real time than collect a scheduled file, you can poll the API or receive webhooks instead.
