Resolve “Worker Exited with Return Code -15” error

If you experience occasional printing problems and see “return code -15” in the Logs tab of Cloud Print:

Update Cloud Print

Download and install the most recent version of Cloud Print. Refer to the upgrading guide for detailed instructions.

Disable parallel printing

If updating does not fix the problem, open the Cloud Print application, go to the Printers tab, and uncheck the Parallel printing option.
Disabling parallel printing should resolve the “return code -15” error.

Prevent local print files causing storage problems

Cloud Print saves printed files on your computer by default, which can use up storage space over time. If you do not need to keep these files, you can turn off this feature.
