Overview

You can control what each user sees by restricting their access to specific warehouses and accounts. This is especially important for client users, who should only see their own data.

Customising user access

1

Access the Users screen

From the sidebar, select Users to see all users in the system.
2

Select a user

Click the user whose views you want to change. Their current Role will be displayed, and you can change it using the dropdown if needed.
3

Manage warehouse and account views

Below the role section, you will see tick boxes for warehouses and accounts. Click a tick box to change it to an X, which restricts that user’s access.

Restricting client views

For client users, you should limit their view to only their own warehouses and accounts.
