Downloading Implementation Backups
You can download a backup of any handheld device implementation as a JSON file, useful for creating duplicates or ensuring you have a restore point.1
Navigate to Implementations
From the main list, scroll down to Handheld Devices and select the Implementations tab to see all current implementations linked to your domain.

Add the Download Backup column
Click the Column Manager button and search for the Download Backup column. Add it to your current view.

Download the backup
Once the column is visible, click the download option next to the implementation you want to back up. The backup will be saved as a .JSON file.

Restore the backup (optional)
Use the Restore Backup button on the Implementations page to reapply the backup. This is useful for duplicating an implementation or adding it to another domain.
