Address Import via SFTP

You can create delivery and collection addresses in bulk by uploading a CSV via SFTP, rather than adding each one manually.

Template: standard_address_import_template.csv — download it, fill in your data, and upload it via SFTP.

Key fields

The template includes every available column. The essentials are:

Field	Purpose
`code`	Unique address code
`address_type`	`DeliveryAddress` or `CollectionAddress`
`name`	Contact / recipient name
`address_1`–`address_5`	Address lines
`postcode`	Postcode
`country`	ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code (e.g. `GB`)
`account_code`	The account the address belongs to

Contact details (phone_number, email_address) and external_system_reference1–3 are also included — fill in any that apply.
