Overview

You can use the standard product account assignment import file to update multiple product accounts at once — whether you are assigning new accounts or unassigning existing ones.
Template: standard_product_account_assignment.csv — download it, fill in your data, and upload it via SFTP.

Prepare your import file

The import file has a simple three-column layout. You need the product codes for the items you want to update and the account codes you want to add or remove.

Specify your action

In the third field of the import file, type either ASSIGN or UNASSIGN. This tells the system whether to add or remove the account for the specified product.
Each line in the import file handles one account for one product. To update multiple accounts for a single product, add multiple lines.
