Overview

Scheduled reports let you receive regular updates automatically without manual intervention. You can configure the frequency, recipients, report type, and optional variables for each schedule.

Log in to your account

Sign in to access the scheduling features.

Access Scheduled Reports

Click your username at the top of the screen. From the dropdown, select My Scheduled Reports.

Add a Scheduled Report

Click +Add a Scheduled Report to open the configuration screen.

Complete General Settings

  • Enter a Name for the report (e.g., “Daily Report”)
  • Set the Frequency (daily, monthly, etc.)
  • Select the Days of the Week for the report to run
  • Enter the Time to run

Set up Email Settings

Enter the email Subject and Body message. Click +New to add recipients with their name and email address.

Add Reports

Click Add Report and select from the pre-set reports in the dropdown menu.

Add Variables (optional)

Click +New to add a variable. Choose a Parameter Name (e.g., account_id or warehouse_id) and enter the corresponding Variable Value.

Configure SFTP Users (optional)

Instead of email, you can save reports to SFTP. Click +New, search for the SFTP user by name, and the report will be saved for them to access.

Save the Scheduled Report

Click Save. The report will now run automatically at the scheduled time.
Avoid setting report times between midnight and 2 AM, as these may be affected by daylight saving time changes.
Yes. Click +New in the Email Settings to add multiple recipients.
Yes. Use the SFTP Users section to save reports for download instead of email delivery.
