Overview

There are more than 30 pre-made reports available. You can run them as-is or customise them with variables to filter by specific accounts or warehouses.

Access Reports

Click the dropdown menu next to your name and select My Reports.

View available reports

You will see a list of all pre-set reports on screen.

Run a report

Click the Run button next to your chosen report. It downloads as an Excel CSV file.

Open report settings for customisation

Click the report’s name to view its General Settings and Report Fields.

Add variables

Scroll to the Variables section and click +New.

Fill in variable details

  • Parameter Name — choose account_id or warehouse_id from the dropdown
  • Variable Value — enter the matching ID number
  • Prompt — tick this box to be asked to confirm each time you run the report

Save the variable

Click Save. Add more variables if needed.
Custom settings and variables are saved only to your personal account. They will not affect other users’ reports.
Reports are downloaded in Excel CSV format.
When enabled, it asks you to confirm the account or warehouse each time you run the report.
