Carriers handle the shipping of your outbound goods. This guide covers how to add a new carrier, configure its settings, test it, and set up custom services.
1

Access carrier settings

Navigate to the Settings tab and select Carriers. This opens the area where you can manage all your carrier information.
2

Add a new carrier

Click New and enter the essential details:
  • Code: A unique identifier for the carrier
  • Name: The carrier’s name
  • Description: A brief description of the carrier
3

Configure the carrier

Scroll down to the Configuration section. Choose the appropriate Carrier Type from the list of major couriers. You can also set a Shipment Reference Template and add any necessary attributes.
4

Use testing options

You can use a Test type carrier for trial purposes. Enabling Test Mode lets you simulate how the carrier will function without affecting live operations.
5

Add custom services

In the Services section at the bottom of the page, create custom services by assigning a unique code and name to each. These services become available when the carrier is linked to goods in or goods out. You can also set a default service that automatically populates on receipts or orders.
Ensure you select the correct carrier type to guarantee proper integration and functionality.
Always test new carrier configurations thoroughly before using them for live shipments.
