Trailers are large containers used for transporting goods. This guide covers how to add new trailers, configure their details, and assign them to goods.

Access trailer management

From the left-hand menu, go to Settings > Trailers.

Create a new trailer

Click New and provide the following details:
  • Name: A name for easy identification
  • Code: A unique code to help track the trailer
  • Description: Any additional information about the trailer
  • Trailer Type: A category for better organisation

Assign trailers to goods

After creating a trailer, you can attach it to any existing or new goods in the system to streamline your logistics process.
You can set up and classify trailer types in the Trailer Types tab, located next to the Trailers tab. This lets you organise your trailers into categories as needed.
