Overview

The Client role provides limited access tailored for external clients. Clients can view and manage Goods In, Sales Orders, Reports, Stock, and their own Transactions — but only within their assigned warehouse and account.

Setting up a client user

Limit warehouse access

When setting up a client, untick View all warehouses. This prevents the client from seeing every warehouse in the system.

Assign the correct warehouse

After unticking the option, a selection screen appears. Choose the warehouse that is appropriate for this client.
Clients can only access the warehouses you assign to them during setup. They cannot browse other warehouses.
