Overview

The RF (Radio Frequency) role is designed for warehouse staff who use RF scanners to manage daily operations. It grants full access to all RF scanner functions while restricting access to broader system features like reports or transactions.

The RF role does not grant access to reports, transactions, or system management features. It is limited to RF scanner functions only.

Assigning the RF role

To assign the RF role, select RF from the role dropdown when creating a user.
RF users will have access only to the warehouses assigned to them. You can manage warehouse assignments through user settings.
