Overview

Groups help you organise products and warehouse locations into categories, making items easier to find, manage, and report on.

Access the Groups screen

Click the Groups tab at the bottom of the navigation bar. If you have no groups yet, you will need to create one.

Create a new group

Click +New and enter a clear, descriptive name (e.g., “Chilled Products”).

Configure group flags

Go to the Flags submenu and choose whether the group is used for Products, Locations, or both.

Assign products or locations

Once the group is set up, assign products or locations to it as needed.
Yes. Adjust the flags during setup to use the group for both.
Yes. You can update a group’s settings at any time by adjusting the flags.
Groups improve searching, reporting, and daily workflows by categorising related items together.
