Linking Accounts

Overview

Linking accounts lets you pull stock from other accounts when your primary account runs low, ensuring orders are always fulfilled smoothly.

Access the Accounts screen

From the left-hand menu, click Accounts. Select an existing account or create a new one.

Link accounts

Scroll to the Linked Accounts section and use the dropdown to select the account(s) you want to link.

Save changes

Click Save to confirm.

Click Unlink

Click the Unlink button next to the account you want to remove.

Confirm

Select Unlink when prompted (or Cancel to keep the link).

For orders to use stock from linked accounts, enable these settings in the account’s Flag Section:

Order from Linked Accounts — allows orders to be fulfilled from linked accounts
Pick from Linked Accounts if Stock is Unavailable — allows picking from linked accounts when the primary is out of stock

Stock is always picked from the primary account first. Linked accounts are used only when primary stock is unavailable.

How do I link multiple accounts?

Navigate to the Linked Accounts section and select each account from the dropdown.

Do I need to enable settings to pick from linked accounts?

Yes. Both Order from Linked Accounts and Pick from Linked Accounts if Stock is Unavailable must be enabled in the account’s Flag Section.
