What Is a Charge Window?
A charge window defines the time period during which charges are applied to customer accounts. Charges can run on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.1
Access charge window settings
From the left-hand menu, click Charges then Charge Windows. This displays all existing charge windows.

Create a new charge window
Click +Add Charge Window to begin setup.

Enter charge window details
Fill in the following fields:
- Name: Give the charge window a clear name (e.g., “Weekly Storage Charge”).
- Frequency: Choose either Day or Month from the dropdown.
- Day: Pick specific days of the week (e.g., Sunday to Sunday) or choose all days for daily charges.
- Month: A calendar will appear. Select the specific days within the month when charges should run.

Save the charge window
Click Save to activate the charge window.
