Confirm All Button

The Confirm All button lets you confirm all tasks on a tab simultaneously instead of clicking each line individually. It works for both inbound receipts (receive and putaway) and outbound pick lists (pick and dispatch).

Where You Can Use Confirm All

  • Goods In Receipts — confirm all receive tasks and putaway tasks
  • Goods Out Pick Lists — confirm all pick tasks and dispatch tasks

Confirming Goods In

Confirm all receive tasks

From the Home Menu, go to Goods In > Receipts. Create or open a receipt, add your products, and click Receive. All products move to the Receive tab. Click Confirm All Receive Tasks to confirm every line at once.

Confirm all putaway tasks

Switch to the Put Away tab. Click Confirm All Put Away Tasks to confirm all lines at once.
Remember to click Save after confirming all putaway tasks.

Confirming Goods Out

Confirm all pick tasks

From the Home Menu, go to Goods Out > Sales Order. Create or open a sales order and select Save and Process Picks. Then go to Goods Out > Picking Lists, select the relevant pick list, and click Confirm All Pick Tasks in the Pick tab.

Confirm all dispatch tasks

Switch to the Dispatch tab and click Confirm All Dispatch Tasks to confirm all dispatch lines at once.
Remember to click Save to complete the process.
Can I still confirm tasks individually?Yes. The Confirm All button is a shortcut, but you can still confirm tasks one at a time.What if I make a mistake after confirming all tasks?You can unconfirm tasks individually and make adjustments before finalising.Do I need to save after using Confirm All?Yes.
