Goods In Transaction Report

The Goods In Transaction Report gives you a view of all received goods within a specified date range and account. You set it up as a scheduled report with configurable parameters.

Schedule a new report

Go to the Reports section and click +Add Report. Search for Goods In Transactions in the dropdown menu.

Add report parameters

Configure three essential parameters:

Parameter Name	Variable Value	Description
account_id	Your account ID (e.g. `1`)	Filters the report to a specific account
created_from	Start date (e.g. `2024-01-01`)	Beginning of the reporting period
created_to	End date (e.g. `2024-01-31`)	End of the reporting period

All three parameters are required for the report to generate correctly.

Save the report

Click Save. The report will display all goods-in transactions within the dates you specified. You can schedule it to run automatically at a set frequency.

You can add additional date variables such as “Start of last week”, “Last Sunday”, or “Start of today” to create dynamic, recurring reports.
