Cancelling or Amending a Pick List

Whether you need to add or remove products, you can cancel a pick list or change its status to make adjustments.

Cancelling a Pick List

Navigate to the pick lists

On the left-hand menu, click Goods Out then Picking Lists.

Select the pick list to cancel

Find and click on the pick list you want to cancel.

Cancel the pick list

At the top of the screen, click the Cancel button. The status will change to Cancelled.

Update the sales order

Go back to the linked sales order. Its status will revert to Pending, allowing you to add or remove products.

Amending a Completed Pick List

If the pick list has already been completed, you can still make changes by adjusting its status.

Unconfirm dispatch tasks

Select the pick list and go to the Dispatch tab. Unconfirm each product line by clicking the Confirmed button, or use Unconfirm All Dispatch Tasks.

Unconfirm pick tasks

Switch to the Pick tab and unconfirm all product lines in the same way. Click Save.

Amend the sales order

The pick list status will change back to Picking. You can now return to the sales order and make amendments.
Cancelling a pick list does not affect stock levels unless the products have already been dispatched. Once cancelled, you will need to create a new pick list to proceed with the order.
