Enable Rounding Up for Efficient Picks

This feature ensures that full pallets or storage units are picked and sent out, avoiding the need for partial picks and improving overall efficiency.
1

Access account settings

From the left-hand menu, select Accounts. Choose the account for which you want to enable rounding up.
2

Enable the rounding option

Scroll down to the Flags section within the account settings. Tick the box that says Round Up to Full Storage Units on Pick.
Example: If a client orders 250 items and you have 3 storage units with 100 items each — without rounding, the system would allocate 2 full units (200 items) and part-pick 50 from the third. With rounding enabled, the system picks the entire third unit (100 items), resulting in 300 items being picked instead of 250.
3

Save the changes

After ticking the box, the system will now automatically round up picks to full storage units for that specific account.
Rounding up can result in over-picking (sending more items than ordered). Make sure your customer forecasting systems are aligned if this is a concern.
This feature is enabled per account, so you can selectively apply it only where needed.
