Merging combines all stock from two or more pallets into one, while splitting transfers only part of the stock from one pallet to another. Both operations are performed using the RF gun.
1

Create a pick list

Before merging or splitting, generate a pick list. This shows the pallets and the quantity of stock on each.
2

Access the RF gun

On the RF gun, select Transfer, then choose Picked Stock Transfer.
3

Merge or split pallets

Enter or scan the Storage Unit/Pallet Reference for the source pallet. Then enter or scan the reference for the destination pallet.
  • Merging: Enter the full amount of stock to move everything to the new pallet
  • Splitting: Enter only the partial quantity you want to transfer
4

Complete the transfer

After using the RF gun, check the Transfer tab in the frontend. A new task should appear as completed. Verify the process in the Dispatch tab to confirm the products are on the correct pallets.
