Warehouse transfers let you move stock from one warehouse to another. This guide covers how to select stock, enter transfer details, and confirm the move.

Access the stock list

From the left-hand menu, click Stock, then select Stock List. Use the search or filter boxes to find specific stock if needed.

Select the stock line

Locate the stock line you want to transfer and click on it to highlight it.

Initiate the warehouse transfer

At the bottom of the screen, click Warehouse Transfer. A window will appear showing the stock ID, storage reference, and quantity.

Enter transfer details

  • Transfer to Warehouse: Select the destination warehouse from the dropdown
  • Transfer All Stock?: Tick to move all stock, or untick and enter a specific Quantity to Transfer

Confirm the transfer

Click Transfer to complete the process.
