Access the stock list
From the left-hand menu, click Stock, then Stock List. This screen shows all your stock. Use the search or filter boxes to find specific items.

Understand the stock list buttons
At the bottom of the stock list, several buttons become active once you select a stock line:
- Export: Creates an Excel report of your stock
- Move Stock: Moves stock to another location within the same warehouse
- Warehouse Transfer: Transfers stock to a different warehouse
- Account Transfer: Transfers stock to a different account
- Negative Adjustment: Reduces stock levels
- Positive Adjustment: Increases stock levels
- Hold: Puts stock on hold
- Release: Takes stock off hold

Move stock within the same warehouse
Select the stock line and click Move Stock. A window will appear showing the stock ID, storage reference, and quantity. Configure the following:
- Move to Location: Choose the new location from the dropdown
- Move All Stock?: Choose whether to move all or a specific quantity
- Quantity to Move: If not moving all, enter the exact amount
- Generate a New Reference Number?: Tick if you want a new reference

Transfer stock between warehouses
Select the stock line and click Warehouse Transfer. Follow the prompts to enter the target warehouse details and confirm the action.
