Access the locations screen

From the left-hand menu, click on Locations. This opens a list of all locations in your system.

Choose a location

Select the location you wish to set a check digit for.

Set the check digit

Scroll to the Details section, enter your preferred check digit in the Check Digit box, and press Save.

Update barcodes (if applicable)

If you are using barcodes, ensure the check digit is included in the barcode.
Setting a check digit is optional, but it helps reduce errors when manually entering location codes.
Without the correct check digit, the system will not recognise the location when scanning.
