The warehouse map provides a visual overview of your warehouse, showing zones, aisles, and stock statuses. Before you can use it, your locations need to be configured with the correct zone and dimensional information.
1

Configure your locations

Go to the Locations menu. Select the location you want to edit, then scroll down to the Details tab. Input all the required zone and aisle information and click Save. This makes the location ready for the warehouse map.
2

Access the warehouse map

Navigate to the Stock tab to open the warehouse map. The map shows zones and aisles, colour-coded by stock status (partial, full, or available). You can switch between warehouses using the Warehouse tab and filter for specific products using the Find Product tab.
3

View location details

Click on any location on the map to see all the pallets and stock stored within it.
4

Use the 3D view

For a more detailed view, switch to the 3D map. In 3D mode, you can zoom in, move the view with the left mouse button, and reposition with the right mouse button. Click on specific locations to see stock details, just like the 2D map.
Always save your changes after configuring locations to ensure they appear correctly on the warehouse map.
