The most common issue is that the destination location is not set up to allow putaway.Find the location
Go to the Goods In screen and look at the Location To field. Click on the location in the data grid or search for the location code in the Locations tab.
Resolve issues with suggested pallets on handheld devices
When using Putaway by Receipt Reference on handheld devices, the system suggests a specific pallet to scan first, and that pallet’s putaway task is assigned to the user who selected the option. If another user tries to scan and put away that suggested pallet, they will be blocked. How to resolve this:- Have the original user complete the putaway for that pallet, or
- Instead of using Putaway by Receipt Reference, choose Putaway by Storage Unit. This method allows any user to scan and put away any pallet with an active task, avoiding task assignment problems.
